What our pattern testers and customers have to say

‘’I absolutely love your pattern and the book was super helpful and easy to follow’’ Bronnie

‘’Thanks for the great instructions, I rarely bought such good sewing instructions and was worth every penny. I hope you get even more sewing instructions.’’ Lia

’’I am in love and really pleased with the pattern and really easy instructions, thank you.’’ Jane

‘’The pattern is really amazing, the booklet is easy to follow with little bits of humour added which I loved. At first the pieces look confusing but once you start to sew it is a breeze to put together’’ Jane

‘’This is a fun and quick sew, which rewards the crafter with a ‘wearable’ piece - early on in the process!’’ Ridley

‘’Over all great pattern, easy to follow instructions and illustrations and should be able to be easily executed by all levels of sewers.’’ Ridley

‘’I love this pattern, it's fun and so customisable.’’ Sophie

‘’As a dyslexic I found it all really nice to read through and follow, the wording is clear and the font is nice to read.’’ Sophie

‘’I've really enjoyed making them, this pattern is amazing. I look forward to making more in many variations.’’ Sophie

‘’I have not sewn anything with a pattern in nearly 17 years, and have never used a PDF pattern at all. This pattern was easy to follow and straightforward in the descriptions. Very fun to pick fabrics and put them together!’’ Mallory

‘’This pattern is so much fun to work with. And having the colouring pages at the end of the booklet is great. I've used it to sketch/colour out an idea.’’ Sophie

‘’I really like the pattern. Directions are clear, and detailed. Sizes are accurate to measurements listed.’’ Julie

‘’I managed to get to grips with my overlocker (serger) and complete my first piece. It's not perfect but I'm really proud of my first overlocked garment. The pattern was fun, easy to follow and beautifully layed out. The step-by-step images were a great help, especially for a novice like myself. I made it in polar fleece fabric and for the closure, used a simple hook & eye fastening. I will replace it with a toggle button when they arrive. Now to try a different fabric 😊’’ Chelle

‘’I didn't find too many issues with using a heavy non stretch fabric with this pattern. I sized up to be sure it would fit and planned on darting extra fabric down, but didn't need to 🙂 I also added a liner and some macrame flowers I made myself. Can't wait to wear this to my big event next weekend.
Regarding the pattern itself? Easiest I have ever worked with, hands down. You don't use fancy sewing jargon and do a great job of explaining the visuals in the tutorial. I adored working on this and cannot wait to do the Tournedot jacket next!
Thank you so much for sharing your design patterns so people can make their own magic. Making pieces myself means a lot to me ❤️’’ Kaia Marie Nevermore
